About CetaHAV

CetaHAV is a pilot marine digital twin for Swedish waters. It integrates publicly available data streams onto a single map so that shipping companies, fisheries, planners, environmental agencies and researchers can answer real questions with real data.

CetaHAV is delivered by a consortium combining maritime technology, software engineering, environmental research and public marine management.

Funding

CetaHAV is funded by the Swedish National Space Agency (Rymdstyrelsen) through the National Space Applications Programme (Rymdtillämpningsprogrammet 2025 — RD1: Space data), and is affiliated with the Mistra C2B2 programme.

Pilot note

Layers tagged LIVE on the map stream from public services (SMHI, Copernicus Marine, EMODnet, HELCOM, EEA, AISStream). A few remaining layers still show representative SAMPLE data while we wire in the last feeds.
